In a determined effort to address neonatal mortality rates in Attappady, the Kerala State government inaugurated a comprehensive nutrition project on Saturday. This noteworthy undertaking, known as “Oorinte Tharattu,” which translates to “Lullaby of the Hamlet,” has garnered support from UNICEF and is poised to revolutionize healthcare within the tribal regions of Attappady.
